The one bedroom units at the Heritage Collection were the first to sell out, as the conservation units are rare to come by in the property market.
The reason for this large attraction was due to its prime location, as it’s at the doorstep of the future Greater Southern Waterfront, and along the 24km Rail Corridor.
Due to the overwhelming response, UOL will be releasing another 200 units on September 8, and most of these include units above the 37th floor, which would have a pristine view of the Greater Southern Waterfront.
